Ice cream has been my lifeline this summer. I order it often or pick up a pint or two on my way home especially since the weather has been so hot. My kids love it too. I mean, who doesn’t?
What could be better though than ice cream? Making your own. Recently, I got a DeLonghi Il Gelataio ICK 6000. This is a dream machine when you need to satisfy your ice cream cravings. The best part? You can make your own signature concotions that you can’t buy from a store.
My favorite is burnt butter ice cream. The flavor was first introduced to me by my cousin Bianca Tambunting-Santos.
